The quickly expanding burger chain Cook Out has picked a site on Peach Or­chard Road for its fourth metro Augusta restaurant. A site plan for the fast-food restaurant at 3012 Peach Orchard Road in south Augusta was approved Aug. 21, said Augusta zoning administrator Bob Austin.
