JOB TITLE: RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT/PROSPECTOR

Location:    Jacksonville, FL

 

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: As part of the Recruitment consultant team you will be actively calling and helping acquire new accounts and/or maintaining existing accounts with the help of customer service team. You will be selling our extensive line of recruitment specific solutions to help fill employers and hiring managers’ current openings and build their business.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:  3-5 years previous sales account management experience preferred. Experience should be in a high outbound transactional, customer service call center or sales environment.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR RESOURCES: Reliable Vehicle, Valid Driver License with clean driving record, Valid Insurance policy.                                            

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT/PROSPECTOR

Inside account executive / prospector / acquisition

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build loyal customer relationships via telephone and email with moderate revenue history to assigned territory
  • Use your cold calling, negotiation and closing skills over the phone
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of all solutions
  • Use this knowledge, combined with the customer's needs to up sell and cross sell into accounts
  • Deliver value proposition, handle objections, record statistics on each outbound call in Sugar
  • Ensure a superior customer experience by addressing customer concerns and demonstrating empathy
  • Process orders in order system (DTi)
  • Attain a minimum of 100% of assigned revenue goal and by initiating outbound calls to existing customers and new accounts
  • Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline that is 2x assigned quota to achieve assigned monthly quota. -- Required min of 20 outbound calls daily not including email contact, contact logged in Sugar
  • Maintain and fosters continual internal relationships with the customer service department to ensure customers are receiving the attention and service they require
  • Maintain a current knowledge of market activities including competitive products, pricing and policies, new technology, product specifications and possible new products
  • Conduct online product demonstrations as needed
  • Coordinate sales calls meetings and on-line and in-person presentations; create and deliver custom presentations

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

  •  At least 3-5 years of previous sales account management experience preferred
  •  Experience should be in a high outbound transactional, customer service call center or sales environment
  •  Work experience should be in environments that fostered strong customer loyalty programs
  •  Demonstrated ability to upsell and increase account spend over time
  •  Familiar with working in an incentive/goal driven environment
  •  Strong customer service focus with a passion to exceed customer requirements
  •  Proficiency with Excel, CRM software and web search
  •  Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  •  High School degree required
