  • Achieve monthly departmental digital revenue goals.
  • Develop new digital business by identifying sales opportunities on your own.
  • Be one of several Product Champions for Second Street initiatives including creating various contest initiatives and finding sponsors for those initiatives while, at the same time, growing our email and text databases.
  • Maintain and grow active digital account base month over month.
  • Attend sales and systems training, and sales meetings.
  • Monitor digital competition and digital business trends in sales territory.  Report changes to sales management.
  • Be our resident ‘digital expert” and work on improving existing digital client relationships.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing digital customers.
  • Create digital marketing presentations using all available products to include target audiences, demographics, readership, trends, and research that will illustrate the features and benefits of digital advertising.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and positive public relations by providing effective digital marketing solutions, responding to customer request and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Participate in team-based digital selling.
  • Make on-going digital training part of your weekly routine to stay on top of our digital portfolio and upcoming products.
  • Handle process issues from start to finish, including ad order entry, picking up ad copy from clients, ad layouts, and ad payments if needed.
  • Quote process and credit terms, prepare sales contracts, estimate date of delivery of services to customer based on knowledge of production schedules and capabilities.
