Full time Account Manager / Sales Representative
Associated Paper, Fort Gordon, GA

Position Summary:
Account Manager(AM) / (Outside Sales Representative) should be a friendly, outgoing and energetic individual who will play an instrumental role in growing our business, by maintaining existing accounts and developing new customer relationships, while meeting goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Environment or Physical Working Conditions:
AM works in a changing environment that adjusts to the needs of the day, as well as individuals in program services. The environmental conditions may at times, prolong driving, sitting, standing, exposure to outdoor weather (rain, heat and cold) and is fast-paced with interruptions, distractions and deadlines. There may also be some lifting requirements as the AM may personally choose to hand-deliver merchandise to a customer in need. The AM must be flexible with the ability to adjust to changing needs and/or activities.

Primary Duties:
Obtain new customers; develop industry relationships; maintain and cultivate
current customer relationships.
Study regional sales and marketing analytics to mitigate weaknesses, and exploit strengths.
Gather and analyze customer needs and interests, and provide solutions to their challenges.
Provide current and prospective customers with clear and easy to understand information, pertaining to all company products and services.
Work with Director to identify and implement strategies to acquire new accounts and new markets.
Deliver and follow-up on bid packages and sales calls to secure new accounts, and/or to ensure that both current and perspective customers have enough information to make informed decisions.
Clearly communicate company's commitment to quality, and customer service.
Maintain open lines of communication with Director, President and other staff. (as necessary)
Respond to current and prospective customer needs/requests via telephone, mail, emails, text messages and/or fax in a timely manner.
Provide webinars and/or seminars to customers' staff / leadership team(s) to improve their product knowledge.

Essential Functions:
Develop and manage annual regional strategic sales plan.
Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
Demonstrate ability to convert prospects and add additional revenue while maintaining established goals.
Maintain CRM records daily for customers who were served or solicited, for each day.
Minimum of 3-5 years business to business sales experience with proven sales record.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be organized and possess strong time management skills.
Experienced in managing multiple projects and strong ability to multi-task.
Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Local market knowledge and contacts a plus.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to produce quantifiable results (i.e. increase sales, customers, etc...).
Assertive and proactive in the form of persistence and tenacity to achieve sales goals and meet company and customer needs.
This position will consist of occasional six-day-work weeks with work on some Saturdays.

Pay: $45,000 to $65,000 Booked base (commission)
